The Cal Young Gingerbread House, inspired by a house located in Eugene, Oregon, is a relatively simple house, but large in scale, providing a great visual for a large Gingerbread Display.

This house can easily be reduced in size by not building one of the wings. The main house, and two side wings are independent  of each other and can be removed, or more wings added to make a larger house!
