Gingerbread-By-Design provides Gingerbread Templates in three categories of roof pitch angles, based on the roof style and architectural design of the house.  The pitch (angle) of the roof greatly affects the style and skill level of each house.  Typically, the steeper the roof pitch, the more difficult the gingerbread house is to build.
