A cherished father-daughter tradition! We created this gingerbread bakery inspired by my daughter’s love of baking. We created our own template based on photos of similar designs. Built with gingerbread walls, royal icing trim, gelatin sheet windows, and fondant covered awnings. It features molded gum paste pastries in the display windows and fondant-covered ovens, a seating area with gumpaste coffee cups. All set on a snowy base with piped icing trees.
