My display is 12” x 18” I used the gingerbread by design haunted house template . I made the roof but used it for my ticket booth and used edible wafer paper for my roof to give it a tent appearance. My inspiration was a haunted house circus… clowns can be scary! I used gingerbread and gingerbread dough, fondant, royal icing , frosting, pretzels and cereal.
