This is a modem of Milford Ct. and depicts many of the citizens’ favorite buildings including Town Hall, Scoopy Doo’s Ice Cream, The Old Library, and the Anniversary Tower. It is topped with The Lobster Trap Christmas Tree that graces Milford Harbor each year. All of the structures are gingerbread decorated with royal icing and fondant. The substructure is made of cake dummies frosted with royal icing. It is presented on a turntable to enable viewers to see all of the buildings.
