The Ivy Gingerbread House, inspired by a real house somewhere on the east coast, started as a custom template request and has become a favorite for many. The Architectural inspiration for this gingerbread house is the American Vernacular style home. The roof is a simple hip design with two gabled wings, and a shed style roof on the backside. The house includes a large chimney on the exterior wall and a large porch.
Many of the design elements of this gingerbread house can be elimated or moved, to create a different look.
All gingerbread house templates are full-size and ready to use. No enlarging or tracing required.
This gingerbread house paper template is pre-printed and shipped to you. You cut-out the paper template pieces, cut pieces from your gingerbread dough, and assemble per the instructions provided. This pre-printed template does NOT include baked gingerbread pieces or candy.

Pre-printed gingerbread templates may be returned for a full refund if the paper pieces have not been cut-out yet. If the pre-printed gingerbread paper template pieces have been cut-out, the template cannot be returned for a refund.
